Mr. C.H. Khisty is an expert in human resources and community development, having retired as Director of Personnel at Coal India Ltd., where he shaped key HR and industrial relations policies. He has also held leadership roles at Bharat Coking Coal and Mineral Exploration Corporation. Since 2004, Mr. Khisty has been a visiting faculty at Nagpur University, teaching human resource management to MBA students. Beyond his corporate career, he serves as Chairman of the Indian Institute of Youth Welfare (IIYW) and as Hon. CEO of Ecumenical Sangam, focusing on rural empowerment and community development in villages near Nagpur.

Serving as life trustee and chairman for the Indian Institute of Youth Welfare since 1973.
