The Eco-friendly Lonara campus (Late Shri. Manohar Golpelwar Education Campus) is a demonstrative rural training centre with live models of Bio-gas, Vermi-composting, Rain Water Harvesting, Decentralised Waste Water Treatment System- DEWATS, Organic Kitchen Garden etc. which are unique and brings in many educational tours/programmes through-out the year. IIYW supports Plastic Free India Movement & also markets the designer cloth bags and terracotta items which are Eco- friendly. The use of solar energy as an alternative to electricity is also installed through the Off Grid Solar Technology Models. The products like Jeevamrut, cloth bags, terracotta items are available for sales which supports the rural artisans and women. The Organic Kitchen Garden is promoted through the knowledge partner-The Sahayak Trust.
