Key Program Features

Targeted Outreach
We focus on identifying rural youth between the ages of 15 and 35, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and help them access free vocational training.

Industry-Aligned Courses
Our curriculum is designed in partnership with industry experts and includes trades such as hospitality, retail, IT, healthcare, construction, and more.

Certified Training & Assessment
All training programs are aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and include nationally recognized certification.

Placement Support
IIYW ensures job placements for trained candidates by connecting them with reputable employers across India and providing post-placement support.

Beyond technical skills, we also focus on communication, workplace readiness, digital literacy, and life skills to ensure well-rounded personal development.
